How much does postage cost?
Automatic Doors Australia offers free postage throughout Australia using Australia Post or a courier service for larger items. If required, express postage is offered on checkout at an additional fee.
When will I receive my item?
We offer same day postage for items purchased prior to 2:00pm on a business day. Shipping times are in accordance with Australia Post standard shipping, or the courier service for larger items. Your item can be tracked here using the tracking number provided on your invoice.
I have purchased the wrong product, can I exchange it for the correct one?

I am having trouble programming my remote, what can I do?
We have a list of programming instructions for various remotes that can be found here. Manuals for garage motors can be downloaded here. If you are still having difficulty programming your product please contact ADA for over the phone advice. In the case of an industrial motor or ongoing difficulty we can arrange a technician to attend which will incur an additional service charge.
I believe my item is faulty, what should I do?
In the event of an item that appears to be faulty please initially contact Automatic Doors Australia for over the phone advice. We will discuss whether an solution can be provided or whether the item needs to be returned. If the item is under warranty you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly.
Do you offer discount for multiple purchases?

Do you offer warranty?
Warranty is offered for garage motors which are installed by a certified eletrician. You will receive a warranty booklet in the motor packaging and will need to follow the instructions in the booklet to register for warranty. All warranty queries should be raised directly with the manufacturer.
