Description 

TAU 250-K-SLIM available only in black with black buttons. The TAU with the reference 250-K-SLIM is a co-channel technology remote for gates with 2 black buttons, it operates under the frequency 433.92 MHz.

TAU 250-K-SLIM remote control allows you the privilege to control all your motorizations. This gadget aims to provide daily comfort because it allows the easy control of your motorized gate and all your automation. This model is characterized by its modern and sober design. Its black casing and two buttons allow the transmitter to an elegant aesthetic. 

250-K-SLIM uses the frequency 433.92 MHz is a rolling code remote control which programming is done by switch or with self-learning radio receivers.

Information

Note-

• If your transmitter has a red LED then it’s the model with mini coding switches.
• If your transmitter has a green LED then it’s the R Rolling code model.

These two models are not compatible.

 You have to do the coding on the first 10 mini switches.

ATTENTION: This transmitter is available in several versions. The model shown here has mini switches. If your remote control does not have mini switches, then it’s the model TAU 250-K-SLIM-RP.

Note: Do not confuse this transmitter with the one with a similar appearance TAU 250-K SLIM RP fixed code remote. They are not compatible with each other.

The remote control’s operation

Tau 250-K-SLIM garage door remote control is a dip-switch remote with a coding method, the code can be changed by setting the switches inside the transmitter. This transmitter operates with a frequency of 433.92 MHz to emit signals to the receiver.

The dip switch gate opener is configured either in dipswitch or in self-learning receivers.  

So, the programming can be done on self-learning way. 

You can perform the settings of your remote control easily by the dip-switches inside.

TAU 250-K-SLIM gate key fob is equipped with two buttons and 10 internal switches. It has a significant frequency of 433.92 MHz that allows the transmitter to a very long range. 

As for its programming, the technology device has a dip-switch programming function with a rolling-code and operates on self-learning radio receivers but not with different transmitters. It is allowed for 1024 combinations. The programming is made by encoding dip switches.

The gadget is delivered with instruction so don’t panic!

Ergonomics

TAU 250-K Slim remote control is only 70 mm long, a width of 30 mm and a thickness of 10 mm. If you are looking for a good remote control and easy to use, choose right away the 250-K SLIM. Programming

There are several methods to program your new remote control.

From an already-programmed remote control:

• Open the case of your already programmed remote control.

• You will see a row of numbered mini switches. They are in the ON or OFF position.

• Open the case of your new remote control.

• You will see a row of numbered mini switches.

• Put them in the same position as those on the card of your previously programmed remote control.

• Your new remote control is programmed.

Programming from the receiver:

• Open the case of your receiver located near your motorization.

• On the receiver card, you will see a row of numbered mini switches. They are in the ON or OFF position.

• Open the case of your new remote control.

• You will see a row of numbered mini switches.

• Put them in the same position as those on the receiver card.

• Your new remote control is programmed.

CAUTION: Some remotes contain one or two additional pairs of mini switches, separate from the main row. They must also be placed in the same position as those of the remote control already programmed.

If these methods do not work, try again by reversing the position of the mini switches relative to the receiver or your already programmed remote control.
